Em, I'm so sorry. This sucks, especially twice in a row. Take care of yourself -- you'll be in my thoughts.
Sorry to hear this. If it's of any consolation, I've had 3 in a row in the past 2 years. Now I'm 10 weeks and saw the fetus (with heartbeat) last week.
